PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

While we make a conscious effort to only display items that are currently in stock and available to ship on our website, there may be instances where we run out of stock in an item. Hence, all products are subject to availability. 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The characteristics of a chosen product will be outlined during the purchasing process.

Every effort is made to precisely present the details of our products, including the colours. However, the colours you see on your screen might vary slightly depending on your computer system and display settings.

PRODUCT OWNERSHIP
Once you complete a transaction and purchase a garment, we consider the order processed. We are open to requests for alteration and store credit within 14 days of the order. We charge a non-negotiable alteration fee of INR 1500 for all our products. Once purchased, no order can be cancelled.

RETENTION OF PRODUCT OWNERSHIP

Title to products purchased on this website, and risk of loss or damage to the same, passes to you, upon the receipt of a full payment for the same. 

We do our best to coordinate with our 3rd party delivery partner to ensure that pieces receive you safely, but are bound by the hours and timelines they operate with.
